Upgrade your TAZ 5 and Mini hexagon extruder heatsink cooling to reduce heat creep!
Get a TAZ 6 style 40mm extruder heatsink cooling fan with this kit. Simply remove your micro blower fan, and bolt on the fan shroud.

fan wires are at least 25mm most are 40mm+, NO pins, and are “cut and splice wires”
Then print the TAZ 40mm fan shroud or Mini 40mm fan shroud yourself!

    Really cool design. It seems to push a lot more air than the original Taz 5 fan. I am hoping that this will fix the frequent clogging I have been seeing lately (theory: heat creep). First couple of prints look good.

    The aligning hole did not fit with my aftermarket cooling fan I put on the left side of the printer (to cool the material), but a quick exacto knife cut helped.
