It has the upgraded parts necessary to allow you to print in High temperature materials. Upgrade and utilize your current TAZ Printer for printing high temperature exotic filaments like Polycarbonate, PEI, Etc.
You can still print all of the normal filaments with this toolhead, just change the nozzle to a hardened one and you are ready to print abrasive materials. This toolhead is compatible with a v6/volcano parts that are offered.
This will allow printing up to 500C depending on how you set your firmware up. Will come with a PT1000 temp sensor good up to 500c
Please note, There are inherent risks of printing with high temperatures. IT-Works 3d will not be held responsible for any damages that occur from using this toolhead.

Julesburg, CO. 80737 - IT-Works removes your old PEI and adhesive, installs new 3M 468MP adhesive and .01″ thick Ultem PEI, and mails your bed back. The shipping charge with the order covers the return shipping.
*** Important ***
– Occasionally bed glass fractures in the process of laminating the new adhesive and PEI. We will work out a solution to get you a new heat bed at that point. If your glass breaks while coming to us, you are responsible. We insure your return shipping for the cost of a new bed at $150.00
– Please inspect your red silicone bed heater on the underside of the glass for delamination before sending. Heat it up to 110 for 10 minutes, and using gloves, press and slide your fingers across the heater while looking at the adhesive from the PEI side. Changes in color of the adhesive when the heater is pressed into it may indicate the need for fresh heater adhesive as well. Send pictures if this is the case so we can discuss options.You will receive a tracking email when you bed is on its way back.
