Proto-pasta carbon fiber PLA is a light material that prints as easily as standard PLA but results in stiff prints.
**This filament is more abrasive than standard PLA. Prolonged use may result in accelerated nozzle wear.
All material is sealed with desiccant in a plastic bag.
In filament form, CFPLA is slightly more brittle than standard PLA, and requires extra care when handling.
Processing is comparable to standard PLA. No heated bed required. Due to increased brittleness, process may be less consistent on smaller nozzles and/or bowden type machines.
Good results were achieved when printing at 190C-210C and print as high as 240C using a .5mm nozzle
