Do you want a lightweight toolhead that helps reduce ringing, and causes less wear and tear on your printer? This toolhead comes in at just around 320 grams!
With an Orbiter 2.0 Extruder and a Slice Engineering Mosquito hotend, this toolhead has everything you need to produce quality prints. The lightweight design help with ringing/ghosting on prints, and can help increase movement speeds slightly without causing print issues.

The IT-Works 3d Titan Aero PRO “X” Toolhead for Lulzbot 3d printers comes standard with Hardened Hobb Gear, .5mm or 1.2mm E3D Hardened Steel Nozzle “X”, E3D Precision 40w, a Polycarbonate fan duct and either a E3D Titanium Heat Break for 1.75mm or a Micro Swiss Wear Resistant Heat Break for 3mm.

- Compatible with Lulzbot® auto leveling systems
- Available in 3mm and 1.75mm
* Yes, really! There are a few adjustments that are necessary for printing with flexible filament or 1.75mm filament. We have good guides for all those below.

The Nozzle X is our NEW ‘One to rule them all’ nozzle, made from a special alloy of tool steel we have been able to create a nozzle that is immensely hard, but also maintains its hardness to high temperatures without softening. We have also added a layer of hard, slick nickel plating which provides a fantastic balance of cost and wear resistance. The cherry on the top? Our NEW WS2 ‘polyphobic’ nano coating, no longer will you find hot molten polymers sticking to your nozzle
