Do you need a hardned nozzle setup for your REVO Hotend? With a wear resistance comparable to a Ruby or Tungsten carbide nozzle, ObXidian is built to last, regardless of what you’re printing. This is achieved by pairing a tool steel insert with our new E3DLC™ coating. This specially formulated coating also embeds non-stick properties into the Nozzle itself. Meaning considerably less plastic build up around the Nozzle. These are a direct bolt on for our Revo for LulzBot toolheads.

NOTE: These Nozzles will not work with the Washer Leving System on the LulzBot machines. If you have a BLTouch, these are a great upgrade for your machine with our Revo Hemera Revo Toolhead.

This RepRap style nozzle is made from a 360 brass base material and plated with TwinClad XT coating. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest coefficient of friction, better than nickel with PTFE co-deposit. This coating is also very hard and abrasion resistant. If you are working with abrasive Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, wood filled or any other metal filled filaments, this will greatly improve the life of your nozzle.
